About M/Y Gideon
The gulet Gideon is one of the pioneers in the yacht business in Croatia, offering a complete holiday package for your family and friends. Many years of experience with an excellent crew make this gulet run like a well-oiled machine. It is almost 30 meters long, hosting up to 16 people! It is perfect for larger groups, big families, or more of them willing to enjoy time together during the summer holidays.
All cabins are with double bed, and there is eight of them. The cabins are ruled with white décor and go perfectly with light wood color. Every cabin is equipped with a wardrobe, storage space, bathroom towels and beach towels and everyone has its own private bathroom. All cabins are very cozy and air conditioned. The bathrooms have a gorgeous maroon color and are equipped with a shower box, sink with mirror, shampoo and soap. With lovely cabins like this, you can’t go wrong with Gideon.
Additional Gideon description:
The saloon is very nice and comfortable, very polished and fully equipped. A long, soft sofa is on one side of saloon, together with a beautiful wooden table where you can sit and play some board or card games with your friends of family. If you wish to get some work done on your laptop it is a great place for that. Many windows provide sun light and wood is a natural sound isolator so some peace and quiet is guaranteed. On the other side you see a nice bar that holds all drinks and snacks you desire. Next to the bar is a nice lounge area with a small coffee table.
On the stern, there is a large square type table, permitting everyone to feel closer and more intimate. The whole back is covered in awning, so you will be protected from sun and from rain at all times. A beautiful white railing, worth mentioning, goes around the boat and can be a superb position for a good photo.
On the front, there is a vast sunbathing area that can be covered with sun awe if necessary. Many sun matrasses are spread across sun deck and it is a perfect spot for tanning and relaxing under our warm sun. On the front, you will find one more wooden table with a sofa and some chairs. Relax and enjoy funny conversations with your close ones. If you wish to move your body and have fun, Gideon has a big donut and water tube for you to enjoy. If you wish to go fast, they will provide you with water skies so you can speed around the bay. For more leisure activity, they have two kayaks that with snorkeling gear make a perfect match for exploring our environment and investigating our diverse sea bottom.
Four members of the crew will make your stay pleasant and fulfilled with good food and a lot of fun. They are consisted of an amazing, clever captain, a skilled chef that knows every Croatians soul food recipe, a strong sailor that will make you feel safe and one helpful steward that will make you feel like kings and queens while sailing on this beautiful gullet Gideon.
Yacht charter cost

The yacht price includes:
- AGENCY SUPPORT: complimentary assistant who will guide you through your entire yacht journey, all paperwork, assistance in case of emergency, entire support before and during the cruise, organization of extra activities like on shore excursions, transportation or accommodation bookings

- Accommodation on board for 14 + 2 persons

- 25 hours of cruising per week
- 6 hours of air-conditioning per day

Port fees - Anchorages:
Port fees and anchorages are to be paid on spot in each port/anchor (in cash), according to actual costs in ports/anchors.
The total cost per week depends on the selected itinerary/ports of call.
It is not obligatory for the yacht to be in the port each night, it can also be anchored, which lowers the mooring fees (approximate cost is between 1000 - 1500 EUR).
The yacht price does not include:
- Entrance to the national parks
- Tourist taxes
- Food and beverage option
- Transport from airport or hotel
- Gratitude / tip for the crew
- Port taxes deposit for public harbors and docking fees 1000 - 1500 EUR per week. If spent less there is a return of deposit, if spend more, guest is obligated to cover the marina and port expenses.
- Extra generator use is 35 EUR
- Extra hours of driving 70 EUR
- Cost of one way from Split to Dubrovnik if caused“empty leg” drive is 1000 EUR
- NOTICE: 15-16 person is 700 EUR extra on charter price.
- By Croatian law Gideon is registries for 12 passengers but can accommodate 14 or 16 persons. Sometimes they take up to 16 people on company risk and this is why extra charge is implemented. Thank you for understanding!
