The DS Yacht Maxita is a newly launched masterpiece built in 2024, designed to redefine luxury motor-sailing charters in Croatia. Featuring six en-suite staterooms — including a full-beam master, a VIP cabin, and four convertible cabins (double or twin) — she accommodates up to 12 guests along with a dedicated crew of 7 professionals.
Step into the spacious salon where modern design meets comfort. With light-toned décor, a well-stocked bar, a large dining table and a stylish lounge area with an oval sofa, the interior creates a calm and stylish retreat reminiscent of a boutique hotel at sea.
Maxita’s outdoor living is second to none. The large sundeck includes a hot-tub (Jacuzzi), BBQ station, multiple sun-lounging zones with mattresses and pillows, and even an open-air cinema setup for evening entertainment under the stars. Alfresco dining on deck allows you to savour gourmet meals against breathtaking Mediterranean views.

The yacht price includes:
- AGENCY SUPPORT: a complimentary assistant who will guide you through your entire yacht journey
- SHIPBOARD ACCOMMODATION: maximum number of 12 guests sleeping in 6 cabins
- FUEL FOR CRUISING: 4 hours/day
- CREW: 8 members (Captain, Chef, Waiter, 2 Hostesses, 3 Deckhands)
- AIR CONDITIONING: unlimited hours/day
- LINEN: bed sheets, bathroom, and beach towels
- WI-FI
Obligatory additional costs:
- All obligatory additional costs will be covered with APA

The yacht price does not include:
- Croatian VAT 13%
- APA 30%
- Land transfers to or from the yacht/hotel/airport
- Shore excursions
- Adverse activities (scuba diving, big game fishing, rafting...)

- Guided tours
- Gratuities / tips for the crew
APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance)
30% of Charter Fee/week to cover following costs, but not limited to: fuel for the main engine and generators; fuel for cruising; fuel for tender and water sports equipment; food and beverages for the Charter Party; berthing dues and other harbor charges including pilots ’fees, local taxes, divers’ fees, customs formalities, charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; shipping agents’ fees where applicable; Charter Party personal laundry; Charter Party communications and internet use; hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request, shoreside transport and excursions, national park entrances and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter and all other costs not specified as included.
A.P.A is paid by the Client in addition to the charter fee for all relevant costs for the vessel that are not included in the charter fee.
If A.P.A does not cover complete costs, the Client will pay exceeding the amount on board in cash.
If costs made on charter are less than the amount is given as A.P.A, the amount that was not spent will be returned to the Client at the end of the voyage.
A.P.A does not include a tip for the crew.
Please note: APA to be paid in cash on board or as a wire transfer to service agent’s account. Should APA be paid as wire transfer, cost of 2% will be deducted from the APA

A luxurious double bed (180x200 cm), an en-suite bathroom, and cutting-edge entertainment, such as a 55" SMART TV and a SONOS Beam Gen2 soundbar for an immersive audio-visual experience, are all features of the roomy master bedroom (24 m²).
A spacious 180x200 cm double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and the same excellent entertainment system, which includes a 55" SMART TV and SONOS Beam Gen2 speaker, are all features of the upscale VIP cabin (22.5 m²).
**Four Convertible Cabins (16 m²)**: These adaptable cabins include two single beds (90x200 cm) and en-suite bathrooms. They may be set up as double or twin arrangements. To improve your stay, every cabin has a 55" Smart TV and a SONOS Beam Gen2 soundbar.
