ORIY is a next-generation Croatian luxury motor yacht, scheduled for launch in June 2026, and built by renowned yacht builder Ante Ercegović, a name synonymous with precision engineering, refined craftsmanship, and long-standing excellence in Adriatic yacht construction. The yacht accommodates up to 12 guests in six beautifully designed cabins, combining elegant aesthetics with intelligent layout planning. The full-beam Master Suite is a highlight, featuring a private office and its own balcony, offering a rare level of privacy and comfort for a yacht of this class. A spacious VIP cabin with a walk-in wardrobe and four additional guest cabins with en-suite bathrooms complete the accommodation layout, making ORIY ideal for families, friends, or executive charters.

The upper deck features a round dining table for 12 guests, sunbeds, and a lounge area designed for alfresco dining, sunset cocktails, and evening gatherings.
The sun deck is dedicated entirely to leisure, offering generous sunbathing areas, a jacuzzi, BBQ facilities, and additional seating, making it the social heart of the yacht. The yacht price includes:
- AGENCY SUPPORT: complimentary assistant who will guide you through your entire yacht journey, all paperwork, assistance in case of emergency, entire support before and during the cruise, organization of extra activities like on shore excursions, transportation or accommodation bookings
- Accommodation for a maximum of 12 guests in 6 cabins
- Use of recreational equipment
- The crew and their expenses
- Insurance of the yacht
- Tourist taxes

The yacht price does not include:
- Land transfers, fishing licenses, guided tours, excursions, restaurants, bike rentals, car rentals.

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance)
30% of the charter price: To cover the following costs, but not limited to: fuel for tender and water sports equipment; additional fuel for cruising (above 4 h per day), food and beverages for the Charter Party; berthing dues and other harbor charges including pilots ’fees, local taxes, divers’ fees, customs formalities, charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; shipping agents’ fees where applicable; Charter Party personal laundry; hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer’s request, shoreside transport and excursions, national park entrances and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter and all other costs not specified as included. A.P.A is paid by the Client in addition to the charter fee for all relevant costs for the vessel that are not included in the charter fee.
If A.P.A does not cover complete costs, the Client will pay exceeding the amount on board in cash. If costs made on charter are less than the amount is given as A.P.A, the amount that was not spent will be returned to the Client at the end of the voyage. A.P.A. does not include a tip for the crew.
